Mosaic, an Ares ERG focusing on issues of ethnic diversity in Europe held its first event in celebration of UK Black History Month in partnership with the Ares Black Alliance. The event was entitled: “A Transatlantic Discussion on the Accumulation of Black Wealth and The Way Forward”. We were honoured to welcome an amazing panel made up of; Vicki Fuller, Piers Linney, Roneish Myers and Ramsey Jay, Jr., for this important discussion on the accumulation of black wealth in the community. Events like this are key as they continue to propel the conversation on diversity and inclusion forward, creating more positive change within the workplace and in the community.
